Service-now.com Hires IT Operations Veteran to Help Manage Rapid Customer Growth

SAN DIEGO – Knowledge10 ‑ April 19, 2010 ‑‑ Service‑now.com, creator of the modern enterprise IT service management application, today announced the appointment of Adam Furman to the newly created position of Service‑now.com senior director of global operations. Furman immediately assumes responsibility for Service‑now.com data center strategy, architecture, and operational process and roadmap to support the continuing growth of Service‑now.com.

Furman joins Service‑now.com after spending more than 15 years building global, cross‑functional IT teams and implementing world‑class technology infrastructures for high‑volume Web properties and Internet and information security vendors including MP3.com, Infospace and Websense.
