(ITSM), today announced it has won the SearchDataCenter.com 2010
Products of the Year silver award in the systems management software
category. This is the second consecutive year that Service‑now.com has
been recognized by the editors of TechTarget's Data Center Media
Group, previously winning the gold award in the same category last year.
One of the independent judges in the evaluation said, "Once
