ServiceNow Announces Knowledge12 New Orleans -- the Premier Global User Conference for Enterprise IT Management

SAN DIEGO, CA‑‑(Marketwire ‑ Jan 17, 2012) ‑ ServiceNow, the creators of SaaS for IT, today announced their Knowledge12 user conference will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana on May 13‑17, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Knowledge12 New Orleans will build upon the insights and training delivered at the hugely successful Knowledge11 Europe event recently held in Frankfurt, Germany this past December.
