ServiceNow Announces Settlement of Patent Litigation with Hewlett Packard Enterprise

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – March 9, 2016 – ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the enterprise cloud company, today announced that it has entered into a confidential settlement agreement with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) that resolves all claims asserted in the existing patent litigation between the two companies. As a result of the settlement agreement, the two companies today have filed a joint stipulation for dismissal with prejudice of the pending patent litigation in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
