ServiceNow Celebrates IPO on the New York Stock Exchange

NEW YORK – June 29, 2012


Executives and guests of San Diego‑Calif.‑based ServiceNow, a leading provider of cloud‑based services that automate enterprise IT operations, will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to celebrate the company's initial public offering. ServiceNow will begin trading today on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "NOW".

In honor of the occasion, Frank Slootman, Chief Executive Officer, and Fred Luddy, Chief Product Officer, joined by members of the company's management team, will ring the NYSE Opening Bell.
