implemented ServiceNow software‑as‑a‑service to
consolidate multiple IT systems into a single system of record,
interaction for users and enhance the overall IT service experience.

application to automate its new employee onboarding process. Using
ServiceNow, the Tommy Bahama IT team can now automatically provision
an active directory account.
