We expect all ServiceNow customers to have integration requirements. Today, ServiceNow provides hundreds of integrations to third-party applications and data sources as part of the service, at no extra charge. If the integration you need doesn't already exist, we will work with you to create it.
The most common integrations are with incident, problem, change, user administration, single sign-on, and the configuration management database (CMDB). These integrations keep your service management processes in sync with other processes and tools in your environment.
ServiceNow integrates with other applications and data sources using a variety of techniques, including web services, JDBC, LDAP, Excel, CSV, and email, as well as any industry standard technologies that use SOAP or WSDL. Even API and command-line integrations are possible. Integrations that are not typically available with SaaS products are included with ServiceNow.
