Announces New ServiceNow Performance Analytics Product for IT and
SAN DIEGO – July 9, 2013 – ServiceNow (NYSE:
NOW), the enterprise IT cloud company, today announced that it has acquired Mirror42
for an undisclosed sum and is offering its cloud-based IT and business intelligence
solution to ServiceNow customers.
The new ServiceNow Performance Analytics product provides users with Key
Performance Indicator (KPI)-driven dashboards and scorecards that work
transparently with all ServiceNow applications. The product enables ServiceNow customers
to optimize service processes in IT and across the enterprise.
"Adding advanced, predictive analytics to applications on the ServiceNow
platform gives enterprises meaningful insight into business processes in a fast,
intuitive way and significantly extends the power of our current reporting

Performance Analytics works with all ServiceNow and customer-created
applications. It delivers a wide variety of capabilities, including trending,
predictive modeling, KPI metrics and scorecards showing IT and business
performance. The product accesses a crowd-sourced library of over 6,500 KPIs that can be
imported to ServiceNow instances for performance indicators within IT, Sales,
HR, Marketing, Finance and other business functions. Already more than 440,000
users have access to the library, making it the largest of its type. Users can view the results
