ServiceNow Innovation of the Year Showcase

At the annual ServiceNow Knowledge event, the Innovation of the Year award is given to a ServiceNow customer that has created an innovative, business‑impacting solution on top of the ServiceNow Service Automation Platform.

This year, Target Corporation was presented with the 2013 Innovation of the Year award for the appointment booking custom application they built on the ServiceNow platform.

In this webinar, Target talks about how they have been able to move some of their support resources out of call centers, and are now able to offer a more personal approach to IT for their employees. You'll hear how their administrators can track a slew of new metrics to ensure service goals are met, and how employees can easily book appointments in person, through the ServiceNow UI or even a custom iPad application.
