Frank Slootman joined ServiceNow in May 2011 and currently serves as both president and chief executive officer. Previously, Slootman served as a partner with Greylock Partners and as an advisor to EMC Corporation following his tenure as president of the backup recovery systems division at EMC. Slootman was president and CEO of Data Domain, Inc., which was acquired by EMC in 2009. Prior to joining Data Domain, Slootman acted as an executive at Borland Software Corporation and held consecutive general management positions for two enterprise software divisions of Compuware Corporation. Slootman holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics from the Netherlands School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Dan McGee has served as ServiceNow's chief operating officer since 2011. Previously, McGee served as senior vice president of engineering and support of the backup recovery systems division of EMC. He held senior positions at Data Domain, including senior vice president of engineering and support from. Prior to joining Data Domain, McGee served as vice president of engineering at Aventail Corporation and held various positions at Pinnacle Systems, Inc., including the joint position of director of network solutions and general manager of distributed broadcast solutions. McGee holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from Oregon State University and an M.S. in engineering management from Stanford University.

Craig Maccubbin serves as Southwest Airlines’ Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for overseeing all technology operations, including quality management, product support, infrastructure, service management, information security, and compliance.

Prior to joining Southwest, Craig served in various executive positions in the IT sector across a broad range of industries, including aviation. He most recently served as Vice President and CIO of Spirit Airlines and was responsible for all information technology and systems. As Vice President and CTO of Zeta Interactive, a major digital marketing agency, he led product development, infrastructure, professional services, and customer support and delivery for several Fortune 500 customers, including US Airways, Mattel, JP Morgan Chase, Sony, Time Inc., and Warner Music Group. Craig previously held the role of Vice President and CTO at LasVegas.com, where he led a global delivery team for the largest destination travel portal in the world. He also served as Senior Vice President and CTO at Blockbuster during its heyday, leading the charge for New Media and online initiatives. Craig was also Vice President and CTO for Black Entertainment Television where he successfully led the design and delivery of the world’s largest African‑American vertical portal. As well, he established a large consulting practice focused on enterprise systems development for clients across a broad range of industries with engagements at Nationwide Insurance, Verizon, Sprint, Mercedes‑Benz and the U.S. Department of Education.

Craig earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech. He is married to his wife, Janet, and they have two daughters, Sydney and Summer.
