Frank Slootman joined ServiceNow in May 2011 and currently serves as both president and chief executive officer. Previously, Slootman served as a partner with Greylock Partners and as an advisor to EMC Corporation following his tenure as president of the backup recovery systems division at EMC. Slootman was president and CEO of Data Domain, Inc., which was acquired by EMC in 2009. Prior to joining Data Domain, Slootman acted as an executive at Borland Software Corporation and held consecutive general management positions for two enterprise software divisions of Compuware Corporation. Slootman holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics from the Netherlands School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam.

As chief technology officer at ServiceNow, Allan Leinwand is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects and guiding the long‑term technology strategy for the company. Before joining ServiceNow, he was chief technology officer ‑ infrastructure at Zynga, where he was responsible for technology infrastructure used in the delivery of social games. Previously, Leinwand was a venture partner for Panorama Capital and also served as an operating partner at JPMorgan Partners. In 2005, Leinwand founded Vyatta (acquired by Brocade) after acting as president and co‑founder of Proficient Networks. Leinwand was chief technology officer and vice president of engineering at Telegis Networks, Inc. In 1997, he joined Digital Island, Inc. at inception and served as its vice president of engineering and chief technology officer through the company’s IPO and secondary offering. In his time as manager of consulting engineering and senior software engineer at Cisco Systems, he helped build and engineer service provider and enterprise networks worldwide and was granted a patent in the field of data routing. He holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
