THE FOLLOWING ATTENDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) GOVERN YOUR REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICENOW EVENT REFERENCED ABOVE (THE “EVENT”). BY CLICKING THE “I ACCEPT” BUTTON DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, OR BY ATTENDING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT IN ANY CAPACITY, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL THE PROVISIONS HEREIN. YOU MUST NOT SELECT THE “I ACCEPT” BUTTON, OR ATTEND OR PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT IN ANY CAPACITY IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS. AS USED HEREIN, “YOU” AND “YOUR” MEANS THE INDIVIDUAL REGISTERING FOR OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, AND THE COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY FOR WHICH YOU ARE EMPLOYED OR FOR WHICH YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS. THE “EFFECTIVE DATE” OF THESE TERMS SHALL BE THE DATE THAT YOU CLICK “I ACCEPT” AND IS BETWEEN YOU AND SERVICENOW, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (“SERVICENOW”).

For further details regarding dates, scheduling, payment options and contacts for assistance, please see the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) particular to the Event, which are hereby incorporated into these Terms.

Your company may have purchased registration codes for distribution to you. Registration codes may not be shared or provided to anyone outside your company.

  2. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Payment must be provided in the manner and times requested in the FAQs. ServiceNow reserves the right to cancel your registration without notice for failure to pay as required. Cancellations and substitutions are subject to the dates and fees specified in the FAQs. There are no refunds for no‑shows. Requests for cancellations or substitutions not received in writing as described in the FAQs will not be honored. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is your exclusive responsibility. ServiceNow is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from any cancelled registration or impermissible substitution. Prices are final, non‑cancellable and non‑refundable, and valid exclusively for the specified event (e.g., a Knowledge17 ticket may not be used at Knowledge18).

  3. FORWARD‑LOOKING STATEMENTS

Presentations at the Event may contain statements regarding future events, plans in development, anticipated growth and trends in business, characterizations of future events and circumstances, and the projected financial performance of ServiceNow, its affiliates, service providers and partners. Words such as “may,” “plans,” “goals,” believes,” “continues” and variations of such words and similar expressions identify forward‑looking statements. All such statements that are not historical facts are based on current expectations and subject to risks and uncertainties; actual events or results may differ materially. Please refer to ServiceNow’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission for more information on the factors that could cause the actual results to differ materially from those contained in forward‑looking statements.

  4. EVENT MANAGEMENT

You must be at least 21 years of age to attend the Event except as agreed in writing from ServiceNow.

    5. Event Planning

ServiceNow does not guarantee the attendance of any exhibitor or speaker, or that any scheduled event will take place, particularly in the event of any natural or public disaster, insufficient participation or sponsorship, government regulation or shutdown, necessary venue construction, labor controversy, civil disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, armed conflict or similar reasons beyond its reasonable control. ServiceNow will not be liable and no reimbursement will be made in the event of a cancellation or modification of times, dates, sessions and events.

ServiceNow reserves the right to change the policies set forth in these Terms without prior notice, and retains sole discretion to deny entry to anyone for any reason.

  5. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND RECORDINGS

ServiceNow will handle your personal information received during your registration in accordance with ServiceNow’s Privacy Policy.

    1. Registration Information

You agree that ServiceNow may use your registration information to send updates and surveys regarding the Event. Badges may contain tags to record your participation in break‑out sessions and other activities. By permitting a presenter, partner or exhibitor to scan your badge during the Event, you authorize ServiceNow to share your registration information with that particular presenter, partner or exhibitor and agree to receive communications from that entity. Communications from a presenter, partner or exhibitor will be subject to that entity’s communications and privacy policy. However, ServiceNow is not obligated to make any use of your Image, name or likeness, or exercise any of the rights granted to it. You also agree that your Image may appear in photos of the Event made available to you, other attendees of the Event, and the public, and they may retain and distribute those photos.

  6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You understand that participation in the Event carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. You hereby agree to release and hold harmless ServiceNow, its employees, vendors, partners, agents and contractors from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages and losses of any kind, including attorney’s fees, which arise out of or result from your attendance at and participation in the Event and ancillary activities, including but not limited to property damage and personal injuries, illness, death or other physical loss, whether or not foreseeable.

Any judicial action with respect to the Event or these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the County of Santa Clara, California if the Event is scheduled to occur in the USA, Canada or Mexico, or in Amsterdam, The Netherlands if the Event is scheduled to occur any other country. You hereby irrevocably waive any and all claims and defenses either might otherwise have in any action or proceeding in any of such courts based upon any alleged lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue, forum non conveniens or any similar claim or defense. If any provision of these Terms is for any reason found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms and their incorporated documents constitute the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
