Dave Wright

Dave has spent more than nine years at ServiceNow in a variety of leadership roles. As chief innovation officer and chief evangelist since 2017, Dave focuses on how to improve workplace productivity. He has worked with thousands of organizations to implement technologies that can create efficiencies, streamline business processes, and reduce costs. Before joining ServiceNow in 2011, Dave spent more than six years with VMware, Inc. as vice president of technical services for EMEA. From 2003 to 2005, Dave led the technical division for Northern and Southern Europe at Mercury Interactive. Prior to that he spent six years at Peregrine Systems, Inc., where he held a variety of senior technical and marketing positions.

Laura Cole

Laura is currently Head of HR Digital Service and Employee Experience at Standard Chartered Bank where she is responsible for designing better experiences for colleagues across the end-to-end employee journey. She is accountable for leading the Bank’s HR Tier O Strategy and driving a step change in HR customer service using a range of HR digital applications as key enablers. Laura has extensive implementation experience of enterprise wide HR technology deployments across multiple geographies with varying employee size and complexity.

Zoran Bolevich

Dr. Zoran Bolevich is Chief Executive of eHealth NSW and Chief Information Officer of NSW Health. With a background in medicine and business administration, Dr. Bolevich has worked in a number of senior health system management, health IT and data analytics leadership roles in Australia and New Zealand.

Leading a team of more than 1,250 staff, Dr. Bolevich is focusing on implementing the eHealth Strategy for NSW Health, streamlining governance of eHealth NSW’s key programs and activities, and developing a highly effective, customer-focused Health IT organisation. Dr. Bolevich is passionate about improving the health system through meaningful and effective use of digital technologies, data analytics, research and innovation in partnership with patients, clinicians, health organisations, government and industry partners.

Dr. Bolevich holds a medical degree, a Master’s of Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators.

Yusra Mardini

Yusra Mardini was born in Syria in 1998. Before the war in Syria, Yusra was a competitive swimmer who represented her country in international competitions. As the war intensified, Yusra and her sister left Damascus in early August 2015 and reached Berlin in September 2015. In 2016, she became an Olympic swimmer on the first ever refugee Olympic team and competed in Rio 2016 and again in Tokyo 2020. In 2017, she was named UNHCR's youngest ever ambassador. Through her own compelling story, Yusra is helping to raise awareness about the global refugee crisis.

Should I enable my browser’s third-party cookies for Now at Work 2021?

How do I enable cookies in Google Chrome? 

1. Windows user - Click the Chrome menu and select  Settings.   

2. Mac user - choose  Chrome > Preferences.

5. Close and reload your browser.

How do I enable cookies in Safari on IOS?  

1. Click on the Settings icon and locate Safari.

2. Click on Safari and go nearly to the bottom of the page to Privacy & Security section.

3. Make sure that Block all cookies and Prevent Cross-Site Tracking are not enabled.

4. Close and reopen the browser.

1. Click the three vertical dots on the top right corner in Chrome and select Setting.
