Each year, the CreatorCon Challenge continues to draw more developers to compete to build a successful business on the Now Platform. Last year’s winners joined a high-growth ecosystem of 400+ applications in the ServiceNow Store .

The CreatorCon Challenge has a proven track record of helping entrepreneurs launch and grow their company. The 2017 first-place winner, Factor5™ continues to find success, now with five of Australia’s largest universities as customers, including Monash University and Murdoch University. Not impressed yet? They also have series A funding underway!
The 2018 first-place winner, SalesWon , has already landed several new accounts and are establishing market traction, “100% from the visibility we gained from CreatorCon Challenge” according to Jared Crowder, CEO.

Meet Your Judges
We are pleased to welcome back our three “Legends of Tech” judges for the CreatorCon Challenge, Fred Luddy, Om Malik and BJ Lackland. Joining this panel for the first time ever is venture capitalist, Glenn Solomon. These talented individuals have tremendous experience in spotting and nurturing developers and startup talent.
Fred Luddy
For the second year in a row, our founder and chairman Fred Luddy will join as a judge. When Fred founded ServiceNow in 2004, he envisioned a world where anyone could create workflows that worked for—not against—them. He served as Chief Product Officer until 2016 and was our true Entrepreneur-in-Residence.
Om Malik
Back as a judge for the third year in a row, founder of GigaOM, Om Malik, is known throughout the industry for his passion, hard work and entrepreneurial spirit. For years, Om worked as a technology journalist at prestigious publications, including Forbes, Red Herring and Business 2.0. He is currently a partner at True Ventures.
BJ Lackland
Also back for the third year in a row, BJ is the CEO of Lighter Capital, a financial technology company investing in early stage software, SaaS, and tech services businesses. He’ll lend his startup world expertise lense to help choose the winner and runners-up.
Glenn Solomon
Glenn will join the panel of judges for the first time this year. A Managing Partner at GGV Capital, Glenn has been a VC for 21 years, the last 13 with GGV Capital. Glenn has a passion for working with early stage and growth startups and is at his best when serving as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and management teams who are endeavoring to build great companies. Glenn has been named a member of the Forbes Midas List five times in his career.
