Want to gain the important skills required by ServiceNow system administrators? Begin your journey with the Now Learning Become a Certified System Administrator visual learning path. It provides everything you need to ramp up, including how to prepare for your Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam.

To become a CSA, you’ll need to complete the ServiceNow Fundamentals course in one of three ways:

• Instructor-led class – $2,400, including the cost of the exam voucher

• Now Assist – a combination of live and on-demand training, $1,100, including the cost of the exam voucher

• On-demand course – $600, including the cost for the exam voucher

Improve your skills

Once you’re certified, there’s much more information to explore. Take a look at the Additional Recommended Courses for ServiceNow Certified System Administrators learning path to keep expanding your knowledge. Some of the courses it provides include:

• System Administration Advanced (instructor-led, 2 days) – Dive deeper into data management, reporting, debugging, integrations, platform optimization, and maintenance.

• Subscription Management Overview (1 hour, on demand) – Identify how to allocate users to subscriptions, track license usage, identify compliance issues, and make informed purchase decisions.

• Upgrade Center Overview (45 minutes, on demand) – Increase the value and lower the risk of your ServiceNow upgrades. Discover how to preview impact, monitor progress, and evaluate the results.

• Now Support Administrator (30 minutes, on demand) – Recognize how to manage your hosted instances and get the most from support.

• Introduction to ServiceNow HealthScan and Instance Scan (2.25 hours, on demand) – Develop a plan to keep your instance running smoothly and identify issues before they escalate. Although not included in the learning path, this course is worth checking out.
