Career growth

Chitra M., senior advisory solution consultant, was the first woman to join the India sales team. “It was actually quite exciting,” she says. “We now have many women on the sales team, at various levels of leadership. I never felt anything but fully supported in my career here from day 1.”

Work-life balance

Support extends beyond careers to include work-life balance. "When I joined ServiceNow, I was a new parent,” says Dron M., a senior manager in telecommunications, media, and technology. “At that time, I needed to prioritize family and my child. ServiceNow allowed me to do that.”

Mentoring

Suchitra W., enterprise account executive, found support in mentorship within the company. “Dedicated executive sponsors from ServiceNow have been instrumental in mentoring, supporting, and strategically allocating certain resources throughout my career so far,” she says.
