Andre Ramsarran is a senior principal product manager for industry and Customer  Workflows. He works closely with design customers and partners to drive adoption, enablement, and enhancing features for the Customer Service Management product line. His areas of focus include Workforce Optimization, Agent Experience, and Advanced Work Assignment.  

Andre’s background ranges from implementing call centers and SaaS CRM to IaaS/PaaS cloud architectures and delivering service excellence. He's passionate about the impact of technology on our daily lives and the planet. Andre enjoys moving on two wheels (bicycles and motorcycles), seeking mindfulness, and playing disc golf.
