Catherine (Cat) Lang is responsible for making sure the people who architect, implement, administer, and use ServiceNow solutions have the proven skills and knowledge they need to be wildly successful. She looks after enablement, training, and certification for ServiceNow customers and partners and brings content, programs, and operational support to everyone who is or aspires to be part of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Prior to joining ServiceNow in late 2017, Cat was part of the executive leadership team at Appirio (a Wipro company), including roles as chief learning officer, change management practice owner, CHRO, head of product strategy and development, and community lead. She also served as head of Google Enterprise University and vice president of training and certification at Salesforce.
