Chirantan "CJ" Desai serves as president and chief operating officer at ServiceNow. He oversees ServiceNow products, platform, design, engineering, and cloud infrastructure. He also leads enterprisewide operations to ensure business rigor—from innovation to execution.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, CJ was president of the Emerging Technologies Division at EMC, where he had full profit and loss responsibility for emerging technology products, with a focus on launching and growing new businesses. He also held product leadership roles at Symantec and Oracle.
