Manisha Arora

Manisha Arora is the Senior Manager in Strategic Technology Alliances in the Chief Innovation Office at ServiceNow. In her role, she builds strategic alliances between technology partners and ServiceNow. Manisha leads a team of architects and engineers to help build proofs of-concept new technologies and integrations between platforms. She is a hands-on practitioner who is passionate about making the world of work, work better for people. 

Manisha serves as alliance architect for the most strategic platform partners of ServiceNow - driving product planning, engineering, and go-to-market efforts. She is a frequent industry speaker, platform evangelist, and trusted advisor to Fortune 500 customers. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Manisha spent 10+ years at Microsoft in Windows Server, Azure and Microsoft IT. She built and led technology adoption programs for customers to provide early feedback, requirements and showcase for Microsoft products, and drove "First and Best" programs for Microsoft in partnership with the Microsoft Cloud and Enterprise (C&E) division.
