Matt McIvor is the director of solution consulting for defense and national security at ServiceNow. He and his team of business and technology architects support Department of Defense and intelligence community customers in their efforts to work more efficiently. This includes modernizing into the cloud, consolidating products onto the Now Platform, and digitizing paper-driven workflows. 

Matt has been with ServiceNow for more than eight years and was integral in building the company’s work in the DoD and intel community, as well as spearheading a partnership with Microsoft for hosting.
