Mike Rich

Mike Rich is president–Americas for ServiceNow. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president of sales for the Americas and vice president of sales for the West US and West Canada. He joined ServiceNow in June 2011 as sales director for Northwest US.  
 
Before joining the company, Mike was head of sales for Kleiner Perkins-funded Datameer, VP of sales at software development search technology upstart Krugle, and sales director at Borland. Mike began his tech career at Apple Computer in the early '90s and has been passionate about the power of software technology and how it changes peoples’ lives ever since.
