We want to disable the Emergency Change model as an option in the Service Operations Workspace EXCEPT for when a change is being created from an Incident with Priority 1 - Critical or 2 - High. I know that only Pre-approved Change models are available when creating a Change from an Interaction record, so I assume a similar process can be used.
