Enabled the "Risk Assessment" button on the Service Operations Workspace by ticking the checkbox of 'Workspace Form Button'; however, upon clicking the button, an error message appears, stating, "Failed to execute the UI Action. Please reach out to your administrator." What is the best solution for resolving this issue?
