To setup EC2 remote start,

you can check with 

1. ServiceNow Integration Hub with the Amazon EC2 spoke // Refer: Set up the Amazon EC2 spoke 

OR 

2. AWS Service Management Connector for ServiceNow. //Refer: AWS Service Management Connector for ServiceNow
