Add Text to Top and Bottom of Incident Form in Service Operations Workspace

We do this in the platform view using InnerHTML, any idea how I can add Red Text to the top and bottom of the incident form in Service Operations Workspace? All we need is text that says "FOUO" on the top and bottom.
