Contact creating cases on behalf of multiple accounts

Hello,
I work at an MSP and we have a situation where some of our accounts work with another MSP for some forms of IT support.
The third-party MSP raises Cases on behalf of our accounts (via email 😑) has anyone come across anything like this before and if there is any OOTB behavior that can allocate the Case to the correct account for reporting purposes or is it best to relate the Case to a new account created for the third-party MSP even though they are not technically an account for us.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
