CSM/FSM Configurable search not visible for Customer Agents

While logging in as a Agent and going to CSM Configurable Workspace, we are not able to see "CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace Search", it is showing some different search bar and The search box text font is almost identical to the search box background. Also, after searching in that bar, the search bar disappears. Please refer the attachments. We have not made any configuration on search application side. It is supposed to look something that is there in CSW 3 screenshot and also should have white background.
