CSM - Looking for a filter in Consumer>Cases tab

Can someone please help me locate where this filter generates? I went to List, then Consumer. In the consumer's record I click on the Cases tab. Once on that page, there is a filter that is auto generated. I am trying to locate where this filter is created/defined. Any help is appreciated. 🙂

 

My goal is to edit this filter to include the consumer name as the On Behalf of as well.

Hi @kshort  

Cases is a related list of Consumer Record..You can see that in native UI as well..so that filter is coming from native UI

Thank you that is very helpful and I see the same now in my instance. Do you know how to access that filter so I can update it?

Hi @kshort 

Go to sys_ui_related_list table and search for table 'csm_consumer' and open the record with view as workspace

Then in the related list entries open the sn_customerservice_case.consumer related list entery and add the respective filter there.
