Csm portal menu not visible for external users

Hello,

For external users csm portal menu's are not visible in portal page with snc_external role.

Any additional roles required to display menus on csm portal page?

I just checked with customer contact user having snc_external role and they can see this in csm portal

It's not working in domain seperation instance.

Any specific role required in that instance?

snc external user should not have any impact due to domain separation
