CSM Portal / Qualtrics / Okta Token Cookie

We are in the process of setting up Qualtrics on the CSM portal.  We have successfully implemented the Qualtrics project deployment code within the CSM portal's footer.  Survey responses are being received on the Qualtrics side.  However, there is a lack of user identifiable information included in the received responses (cannot tell who submitted the Qualtrics survey response).

We use a non-SNOW website where external users login via Okta and from there they click a link to access the CSM portal.  On the non-SNOW website, the Qualtrics survey we have there does return user identifiable information, assumingly because the page has an Okta token cookie.

We have a customer IDP setup in the SNOW instances where we are testing this; shouldn't the Okta token cookie persist to the CSM portal?  Ideally, we would like to pass the okta token for the session to Qualtrics.  However, if there is another way to pass user data within the survey results back to Qualtrics, we're open to suggestions.
