Dot walked field values are not Visible on the list layout

Hi Team,

 

I have a field "Interaction Source" on the Case table and there is another table called "Messages" which have a relationship with Case table.

And in the list layout of Messages table I'm displaying the "Interaction Source" field by Dot walking the Case referenced field in the message table.

But Values are not visible in list layout of the Messages where I Dot walked to display the field and it is visible on Case list layout and on the Case record as well.

And I checked the read ACL's also no issue with the ACL's user is able to see the fields on the Case record.

Any idea why this is happening?

did you check by debugging ACLs?
