Favorite function for service portal for Tickets

Hello All,

 

I would Like to add Favourite button to Tickets in the widget 'My tickets' on service portal like below

and also I want to show all favourites tickets by changing the 'view ' open to favourites  Like below

Can someone Guide me If this is possible or not and if yes then how I can create this ?
