Follow-up questions not invisible if there is a different choice given to the main question

Hello,

I have built a form with one main question, which can be answered by some choices.

Selecting a choice means that follow-up questions related to that choice will be shown.

When I answer the main question with a different choice, the questions that belonged to the previous choice do not disappear from the form.

How do I solve this? Thanks in advance!

@AdamUMC , for one ui policy can you try selecting Clear field value to true in the ui action and test it it should work , and if its working do the same for rest of the ui Policy

this is caused may be because when you select a choice in main question you might have filled the follow up question and if you changed the main question again the follow up question values are not cleared so try the above solution

@AdamUMC  did you try adding Clear value field to all the Ui policies ?

Yes, I activated that option in all my "Catalog UI Policy Actions".

I have a main question (1). Depending on the answer at he main question, another question appears. That is als a choice question (2). When I answer to question 2, several choice related fields are shown.

When I select something else (choice) at the main question, the choice dependable questions that were shown after selecting a choice for question 2, kept being shown.
