Help to activate Customer Service Virtual Agent

Please help. I am unable to activate the Customer Service Virtual Agent Conversations in my developer Instance.

Greetings!

Install Glide Virtual Agent plugin(com.glide.cs.chatbot) before installing Customer service Virtual Agent conversation plug in.

If this is personal developer instance, you may not see that in list of plugins.

refer the below thread to install Glide Virtual agent plugin.

What is the issue exactly? Is the plugin not being installed? Something else?
