Hi,

 

Is there a way to allow certain email domains to be accepted via  inbound action and create a tickets in ServiceNow for us? These are not existing contacts/user in ServiceNow.  We want the emails from these domains to hit our SNow instance and create a ticket that we can assign to a dummy account and contact.
