how to add Hyperlink to the description of catalogue task using flow designer.

I need in the catalogue task description only. I checked for other solutions for worknotes.

 

eg:

Triage the request as per the Snow

Putting anything in the description of a task in flow designer is pretty easy (so long as the flow contains the information in one of the other activities).  It would be an easier question to answer if we knew what URL you wanted and where it comes from
