How to create a child case in case form

Hi How to enable a option to create a child case in case form as i couldn't see an option to create a child case

Hi @Vamshi_ch123 ,

There is option to create new or to add from existing cases.

If you are not able to view that then goto configure list control and check if anyone omit that or check on ACL level.

Hi, The ACL is controlling the 'New' button visibility as you mentioned screenshot. The OOB ACL is restricted based on the role. I'm seeing the mentioned user desnt have relavant role. Can you tag the role 'sn_customerservice.case_create_granular' and check the status
