How to give dynamic condition on data visualization on UI builder

Hi everyone, I am new to UI Builder. Actually, I have one requirement for data visualization.

In data visualization, I want to show the state value of that.

I have a case table in that case table, and one related table is there. Here is my requirement: I want to showcase the case state value using related tables.

In the case table, one list field is there, and using that list, I want to populate the case state value on constituent information.

I tried with a filter, and in that filter, I am also unable to give the dynamic condition.

Here in data visualization, I am unable to give the dynamic condition.

I tried with some documents and videos, but I am not getting any solution regarding that one.

Please help me, anyone?
