My field workers need access to knowledge base articles outside cell range. Is there any way using existing products to cache knowledge base articles or will I have to develop a custom application to do that?

ServiceNow Mobile App in Madrid release supports ITSM, CSM and HR related tickets in offline mode. I dont think a problem in extending the same for knowledge articles as well.

Does offline mode actually sync data or just queue new data?
