Lookup Select Box not Displaying Values in Portal for End Use

Hi All,
I have a Record Producer where I have created a lookup select Box type filed named "Proposed Resolver Group".It's taking value from the "sys_user_group" table.
Now the problem is when I am impersonating as an ITIL user, it's showing only 2/3 records(Whereas I have more than 200 groups), and for End User, it's not even showing a value.

Hi Bose,
Check any query business rule on sys_user_group is restricting the records?
Also check any reference qualifier applied on that variable?

Hi Ankur,
I have found the issue.
There's an ACL restricting the end-user to access the "sys_user_group" table.

Hi Bose,
I have been through this type of issue. Usually, it should work fine for an itil user but if it's still not working, you might have to check with the ACL's that might be restricting the users to see the groups on the front end.
