Hi, this maybe an old / repeat question but I am struggling to get the video stream working when starting an exam. I am using a USB camera which appears to work fine at my end. I have tested it against multiple apps and can see video both ways, however the examiners (Webassessor) do not receive the video. I have also set up my Mac as per the instructions by allowing the camera access to the Lockdown browser AND disabled firewall and other conflicting services.
I have tested and proven the Mac version, bandwidth tested tech support team and all seems OK.
Does any one know of any specific setting that they have found that may conflict with the video? The fact that I have tested it using other external apps seems to prove to me that the issue is not my end?
Any help or idea appreciated?
