I have previous made a solution for the same. If assignment group specific group and assigned to other specific group, then it should be captured in report. We made the solution by creating an OLA with specified conditions.
Start condition = Assignment group A
End condition = Assignment group B
If not assigned to assignment group B then cancel the OLA.
As others have recommended, the metrics will only capture a specific value in the assignment group e.g. Assignment group A, but will not capture assignment group B and maybe the ticket will be reassigned to assignment group C. It can be that some scripting can solve this as recommended by @AnveshKumar M - but this i'm unsure of.
