I need to create a notification that will be sent to email, as soon as a new incident is created.
The notification should be sent to the person who opened the incident

Hi Shir,

There happens to be OOB notification on incident table. Did you check?

If not navigate to System Notification >> Email >> Notifications and filter by table: incident

1.) Create a new notification on incident table:

2.) add Opened by in 'Users/Groups in fields'

3.)  Add Subject and body of the mail.
