Number of accesses from customers in CSM

Hi All,

Please let me know if you know of a way to identify users who have logged into the Customer Service Portal and the number of times they have logged in.

1)I have confirmed that the following information is no longer available.
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-se...

2)I know that "Customer Support" in User Experience Analytics is applicable, and I can check the number of sessions and users, but can I check the user names as well?
I think it is possible to check the number of sessions and users, but not the names of the users.

3)Is the information available at the following URL a legacy function?
Is it better not to use it, or is it OK to use it but the validity of the value is not guaranteed?
I am aware that the number of sessions and user names per day can be checked.

https://instance-name.service-now.com/usageanalytics_count_list.do?sysparm_query=count_cfg%3D02f0a25...

https://instance-name.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/ua_sp_usage_list.do%3Fsysparm...

What we want to do is to know the number of accesses from customers in CSM.

Regards,

Takuya
