Records are opening in NULL VIEW and not able to create or update any records

Hi All,

Records are opening in NULL VIEW instead of "cde_request" view(it's a custom view). And, "new" and "update" buttons are not appearing in the form. I've already checked the module and added the below lines.

 

Please help with it.
