Remove CHAT button from custom service portal

Hey folks, I am a newbie with portals in ServiceNow. I created a portal and in my Test instance, it is displaying the menu the way I want it (see 1st pic)
However, I moved the site and everything looks good, except I cannot find where to remove the CHAT button (which is disabled and does not do anything)
Where do I disable this? The virtual agent is disabled, I cannot find in the Header menu where this is set.
Any ideas?
