ServiceNow lab instance deletes data when wake up?

Hell All, I 'm taking a Snow Learning Course, I'm taking it whenever i have a chance, so this time my LAB instance got Hibernated and now the Laboratories that i did in the past (changes in the LAB instance) are not there.

Does this means that every time i wake up a LAB Instance I'll lost all my changes?

@HugoMenGon Ideally, the changes should remain intact even if the instance go to sleep. Please raise a case with ServiceNow now learning team if this issue occurs every time when the instance goes to sleep.
