Show agent 'Title' instead of Name in activity stream in case ticket page on portal

Hello Everyone,
We are having a requirement to show the 'Title' of the agent instead of 'Name' on the csm case ticket page on the CSM portal. I tried some modifications in 'std_ticket_conversations' widget, but it didn't worked. Any help will be appriciated.

 You Will need to play with "CSM Standard Ticket Conversation" widget.

Thank you  for your quick reply, I was working on the wrong widget. Doing same on CSM one, I got the result.
