Hi,
Has anyone come across a situation like this before -
I work for an MSP and we have accounts that use another third-party MSP for some IT Services.
The third-party MSP currently raises Cases on behalf of some of our accounts (via email 😞) and we need to ensure the correct account is selected on the Case for reporting purposes.
This third party can raise Cases for multiple accounts so is there anything OOTB that allows us to create this mapping or would the best practice be for the third-party to be listed as an account (even though they are not a customer of ours) and then filter them out another way?
Any advice, is greatly appreciated
